LEAD United Education Session: What Happens When You Call 211?

Join us for an interactive session about United Way Fox Cities 211, the free and confidential service that connects people to local health and human services. We’ll start with a brief overview of 211 and highlights from the 2025 211 report, followed by a mock call to show how specialists help callers navigate community resources.
The second half will focus on discussion and reflection, exploring what we learned and how we can help raise awareness of 211 in our community.
