As a 211 Information and Referral Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for individuals reaching out by phone, text, or chat, providing information, referrals, and support for everything from basic needs to crisis situations. Your compassion and problem-solving skills will make a meaningful difference in people’s lives every day.
In this full-time role, you’ll assess needs, make accurate referrals, provide follow-up, and advocate for callers facing barriers. You’ll work closely with a dedicated team, stay informed on community resources, and support our mission of building a stronger, more caring community for everyone.

United Way Fox Cities is seeking an Associate Director of Community Impact. This is a key leadership role focused on creating a measurable impact in our community. This position provides professional leadership, organization, and support across United Way’s Community Impact work, helping to shape and implement strategies that align with our priority issue areas.
You will work closely with volunteers, nonprofit partners, and community stakeholders to guide investments, develop initiatives, and track results. The role includes grant writing and grant management responsibilities, both internal and external, including compliance, reporting, and identifying new funding opportunities.
As part of our Community Impact team, you will also support activities such as evaluation, advocacy, and community and donor engagement. We are seeking someone with a heart for the community and a talent for building strong relationships.
