The Vice President of Development is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, responsible for leading the organization’s fundraising strategy and ensuring long-term sustainability. This role focuses on growing and diversifying revenue through major gifts, corporate partnerships, planned giving, and donor engagement, connecting philanthropy directly to community impact.
The Vice President of Development cultivates strong relationships with donors, stakeholders, and partners while mentoring and guiding the resource development team. They collaborate across the organization to drive innovation, oversee fundraising operations, and leverage data to enhance effectiveness. This role requires a strategic, relational leader with a passion for United Way’s mission, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to strengthening the Fox Cities community.
The Accountant plays a key role in maintaining the organization’s financial integrity by managing accounts receivable and payable, administering bi-monthly payroll and related accounting entries, and assisting with monthly and annual financial reporting. This role ensures accurate recordkeeping, compliance with policies and regulations, and reliable financial data to support the organization’s mission.
The Accountant collaborates closely with internal teams, including Resource Development, to process campaign pledges, track grants, and support audits and budget preparation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and skilled in accounting systems, with a commitment to accuracy and integrity, and a passion for supporting United Way Fox Cities’ vision of a stronger community.
