The holiday season can be challenging for caregivers supporting loved ones with dementia. Join us in volunteering to assemble holiday kits designed to support mental well-being, benefiting Fox Valley Memory Project’s Memory Link Program. We’ll also hear from FVMP staff about Memory Link and the impactful work FVMP does in supporting individuals with dementia, along with their family members, care partners, and friends.
