Join United Way Fox Cities in connecting people with the help they need. As a 211 Information and Referral Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for individuals reaching out by phone, text, or chat, providing information, referrals, and support for everything from basic needs to crisis situations. Your compassion and problem-solving skills will make a meaningful difference in people’s lives every day.
In this full-time role, you’ll assess needs, make accurate referrals, provide follow-up, and advocate for callers facing barriers. You’ll work closely with a dedicated team, stay informed on community resources, and support our mission of building a stronger, more caring community for everyone.
We’re looking for someone with strong communication and organizational skills, an interest in human services, and a commitment to our core values: Accountability, Community, Caring, Integrity, and Commitment.
