United Way Fox Cities is seeking a full-time Outreach and Navigation Specialist/Digital Navigator to support our 211 program. This role will help bridge the digital divide by assisting individuals in northeastern Wisconsin in accessing technology, developing digital skills, and navigating online resources for education, employment, healthcare, and more.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying and enrolling clients in the Techquity Wisconsin device loan program
• Assisting with device setup, troubleshooting, and digital literacy training
• Organizing and supporting laptop distribution events
• Providing ongoing guidance on safe internet practices and online resources
• Engaging with community partners and promoting digital inclusion initiatives

The ideal candidate is an effective communicator with strong organizational skills, a passion for digital inclusion, and experience in customer service or social services. Spanish and/or Hmong language skills are highly desired.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Some travel and evening/weekend hours may be necessary.
