Examples of programs eligible for funding include, but are not limited to:
- Access to food and housing
- Emergency mental health and healthcare
- Safe, affordable childcare
- Domestic violence response
- Short-term stabilization that helps individuals stay safe, secure, and connected to resources
Please review our full Request for Applications for more details on our priorities and eligible activities.

To be eligible, applicants must:
- Be a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit or fiscal sponsor and in good standing with the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions
- Serve residents in Outagamie, Calumet, or northern Winnebago Counties
- Align with at least one of United Way Fox Cities’ investment impact areas: Healthy Community, Youth Opportunity, or Financial Stability
- Support crisis response or daily essentials (2026–27 grant cycle priorities)

If your organization meets all of the above, you may be eligible to submit a Letter of Intent (LOI).
