United Way Fox Cities improves lives by bringing diverse people together to build a stronger, more caring community for everyone. One of the ways that we do that is through groups like our LEAD United.
LEAD United is focused on engaging and inspiring the next generation of philanthropists and changemakers in our communities. Through advocacy, fundraising, investing, and volunteering, LEAD United strives to bring lasting change and education to the next generation.

LINC engages people aged 30 and under who give an individual or combined annual gift of $5 per week ($250 per year) or more to United Way Fox Cities. For more information or to join LINC, please contact Meghan Sherwood at Meghan.Sherwood@UnitedWayFoxCities.org or 920-364-9630.
Involvement in LINC can be flexible and work with your schedule. You can choose what events you’d like to attend and your level of engagement.

United Way Fox Cities’ Emerging Leaders is a way for young community members to invest in lasting change in the Fox Cities community. For people aged 40 and under, Emerging Leaders support the community with an individual or combined annual gift of $10 per week ($500 per year) or more to United Way Fox Cities.
As a United Way Emerging Leader, your participation begins with your investment, but can lead to so much more. Your membership in Emerging Leaders can include volunteer opportunities, community & networking events, Leadership Series, and participation in Emerging Leaders’ committees.
