United Way Fox Cities Official Rules for 2024 Ford Bronco Sport Sweepstakes

Sponsored by United Way Fox Cities (the “Sponsor”), 1455 Midway Road, Menasha, WI  54952.  NO DONATION NECESSARY.  VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. DONATION WILL NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. This incentive promotion begins on April 1, 2024, and ends at 4:30 p.m. Central Time on December 13, 2024. Entrants must be legal residents of Wisconsin, at least 18 years of age, and possess a valid Wisconsin driver’s license at time of entry.
2. The winner will receive a 2024 Ford Bronco Sport from United Way Fox Cities. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received.
3. Any United Way Fox Cities donor that timely gives a new, undesignated gift of $1.00 per week ($52 a year) or more – or maintains their prior year gift
   of at least $1.00 per week ($52 a year) – will be eligible for one entry into the sweepstakes. Any United Way Fox Cities donor that previously made a gift of $1.00 week ($52 a year) or more in the prior year will be eligible for a second entry into the sweepstakes when they increase their gift by at least an additional $1.00 a week (additional $52 a year). Maximum of two entries per person. Entry without donation can be made by mail only by sending a letter with proper postage to United Way Fox Cities, Attn: Drawing, 1455 Midway Road, Menasha, WI 54952, containing name, age, address, and valid Wisconsin driver’s license. Only one entry per qualified person. Entries void if incomplete or not legible. All submissions become the property of the Sponsor. 
4. A Pledge or Entry Letter must be received by the Sponsor by 4:30 p.m. Central Time on December 13, 2024. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected pledge forms or submissions.
5. The winner of the sweepstakes will be drawn (randomly) from all valid entries on or about January 31, 2025. The winner is required to provide contact information, proper photo identification, valid driver’s license, and verification of compliance with these Official Rules upon presentation of prize. If the winner does not meet these eligibility requirements, chooses not to take the car, is unable to be contacted by UWFC after 2 weeks after the initial attempt, or is not otherwise in compliance with these Official Rules, the winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.
6. Employees of the Sponsor (United Way Fox Cities) and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
7. By entering, all entrants hereby agree to comply with these Official Rules, represent that he/she is eligible, and consent to the use of his/her name and/or photograph for publicity purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. All entrants release Sponsor, Bergstrom Automotive, and their employees, directors, officers and agents, parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, advertising, fulfillment, publicity, and promotion agencies from any and all claims or liability in connection with their participation in this promotion. Entrants agree to hold harmless Sponsor, Bergstrom Automotive and their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agencies, officers, directors, and employees from responsibility for damages, losses, or injuries, including death, personal injury, or property damage due in whole or part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this promotion or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize.
8. No substitution or transfer of prize or redemption for cash equivalent, except by Sponsor due to unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify this promotion if not capable of completion as planned, and to award the prize as of that date as provided above.
9. The winner will be required to pay any title transfer costs and other applicable taxes and costs relating to the transactions, including, but not limited to, federal and state income taxes. The value of the Ford Bronco Sport is $34,145.00. The decision to take or forfeit the car must be made within ten (10) business days.
10. Participation in this promotion may affect the tax deductibility of any undesignated gift. The winner should consult a tax advisor for more detailed information.
11. The name of the prize winner will be announced no later than March 31, 2025, and posted on the website no later than March 31, 2025 at: http://www.unitedwayfoxcities.org.
12. Those individuals that qualify and comply with the Official Rules for the Ford Bronco Sport are automatically and systematically (not manually) entered into the drawing as their pledges are processed. Companies may submit a list of those employees who have qualified (report must include names and pledge amount). Those names are added to the database of automatic qualifiers. Additionally, those people who submitted an entry outside of the automatic qualification process are also entered into the database.
