A United Way Workplace Campaign is an excellent way to give back to your local community and invest in its future!

Thanks to the support of our donors, we are able to directly touch the lives of 1 in every 3 people in our community. Each gift makes a difference and we are grateful. We are looking for hand-raisers, problem-solvers, game-changers, and difference-makers – and are so grateful for those in our community that helped make things happen last year. Read and learn more in our 2023 Gratitude Report.

What is a United Way Workplace Campaign?

United Way workplace campaigns collaborate with local businesses and their employees. These campaigns promote and facilitate charitable giving within the workplace, to support local programs that help those in need — to help prevent problems from happening in the first place. Workplace campaigns effectively engage employees, foster a sense of philanthropy, and channel resources toward meaningful causes.

Change doesn’t happen alone. Workplace giving accelerates change. When we invest locally, we are united together.

One of the key strengths of a workplace campaign is its ability to create a sense of collective impact through numerous employee donations. Through those investments, United Way Fox Cities can address systemic issues and improve the health, education, and financial stability of our community members on a larger scale.

United Way Fox Cities improves lives by bringing diverse people together to build a stronger, more caring community for everyone.

Investing in our community through United Way Fox Cities in the workplace is an easy way to make an impact. Each year, about one of every three Fox Cities’ residents is touched by a United Way-funded or operated program. We create lasting change by conducting community-wide research, identifying key issues and areas of focus, and gathering partners to develop solutions that address these issues. Your investment will stay in the Fox Cities and make a difference for your friends, neighbors, and co-workers.

Giving to United Way is easy. Unity starts with you.

Community giving through workplace campaigns provides an opportunity to engage employees, increase morale, and improve retention while making an impact. Most individuals give via payroll deduction, pledging in the fall to have a certain amount taken out of each paycheck the following year. Your investment is how we support and fund more than 100 programs, grants, and initiatives. United Way makes your dollar work smarter for everyone in the Fox Cities.

By investing in your community, you may be eligible to qualify to win the 2024 Sweepstakes Vehicle – a Ford Bronco Sport!

Any United Way Fox Cities donor that timely gives a new, undesignated gift of $1.00 per week ($52 a year) or more – or maintains their prior year gift of at least $1.00 per week ($52 a year) – will be eligible for one entry into the sweepstakes.

Any United Way Fox Cities donor that previously made a gift of $1.00 per week ($52 a year) or more in the prior year will be eligible for a second entry into the sweepstakes when they increase their gift by at least an additional $1.00 a week (additional $52 a year). Maximum of two entries per person.

Pledges must be received by United Way Fox Cities on or before 12/13/24 to qualify for the drawing. Void where prohibited. No gift necessary.

Leadership Giving

Leadership giving contributions of $1,000 or more are the mainstay of United Way Fox Cities’ individual giving, creating incredible impact in our community. The leadership level is for people of all ages who give an individual or combined annual gift of $20 per week ($1,000 per year) or more. It takes a special type of person to give at the leadership level – someone who shows true commitment to creating a healthier and stronger community for the benefit of all. Because what happens to one of us, happens to all of us.
